RCIA

The RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) program is a faith formation class for non-Catholic adults who are thinking about embracing the Catholic faith. This study and discernment process at OLM can last from one to two years, depending on the candidate´s preparedness and background. The class is also open to any already- Catholic adult who wants to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.

The RCIA is a process that involves the entire community of the parish. The details of the program vary from year to year, depending upon the particular needs of the candidates. If you are in English-speaking person interested in becoming a Catholic, your first step is to come to our parish and begin to worship with us. We will guide you, pray for you, and help you during the rest of the process.
