Well, 2020 is almost gone! We pray that 2021 will bring us better days and hope for the future.
January 1 is the Solemnity of Mary, the Holy Mother of God. It is a holy day of obligation but we will NOT have a Mass in English. Please join your local Spanish parish.
On January 3 we celebrate the second Sunday of Christmas. Fr. Ron will preach and preside. Check the OLM web page for the possibility of streaming.
Many thanks to the generous volunteers who made our Christmas Masses so beautiful. Especially we want to thank the team who made a virtual Christmas Pageant possible. Here is a link to the video if you were not able to enjoy it:
Many thanks to the generous parishioners who made Christmas donations, thanks for keeping OLM viable.
Lucille, our tireless parish council member, has asked me to remind everyone that
the ONLINE Christmas activities  are open until the Epiphany. Here is the link:
My friend Carla from Michigan always sends me great jokes, so the last funny of this year comes from her. Maybe it is funnier from my perspective…….
A Happy, Safe and Holy 2021 for you all,
Fr. Ron

An Irishman goes into the confessional box after years of being away from the Church. There’s a fully equipped bar with Guinness on tap. On the other wall is a dazzling array of the finest cigars and chocolates. Then the priest comes in. “Father, forgive me, for it’s been a very long time since I’ve been to confession, but I must first admit that the confessional box is much more inviting than it used to be.” The priest replies: “Get out. You’re on my side.”
