The OLM & San Dámaso Crafts Circle brings together people who love knitting, crocheting, and crafting to share their talents in service of others. Members create handmade items such as hats, scarves, ornaments, and bookmarks — gifts of warmth and care that support our Good Neighbour Fund and other parish initiatives.
Our Lady of Mercy collaborates with the charity organisation Caritas. Their mission is to manifest love and charity in tangible, transformative actions that alleviate suffering and promote dignity.
Thanks to our parishioners’ generous donations, OLM supports the neediest among our parishioners. We provide transport, food, and emergency assistance. In addition, we help with clothes, emergency dental, legal and medical assistance as well as school text book grants for needy children.
